The Pan American Hotel's present ownership and management has been in place for the past 30 years in service to our guests and community. Virtually all of the staff members live locally and have made their employment at the Pan American Hotel a long term relationship.
Many of our personnel have been employed over 20 years and several over 30 years at our Hotel alone. Three of our Front Desk Guest Service staff have been with us for over 27 years each. Others average over 10 years. Receptionist, Bellman and Driver staffmembers have combined close to 200 total years experience as career Pan American employees. Our housekeeping staff is also comprised of individuals who have accumulated dozens of years in service to our customers.
In this way we provide our guests with the professional care needed to satisfy all aspects of your stay.
